Hi John,
I would like to ask you a question reg linear programming. Q 2 June 2014. Could you please explain me where y= 40 000 and y= 66 000 are coming from?
This might sounds like a silly question.
Thank you for your help,
Paula
For the iso-profit line, all we need is the angle/gradient of the line, and so you can use any values that satisfy the contribution equation (the angle of the line will be the same).
For the reasons and advice on how to choose the values, you should watch our free lectures on linear programming.
Our free lectures are a complete course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
Hi John,
That is great. Thank you very much.
Paula
You are welcome 🙂
