Sir, I have a question about that when you take a drawings for example purchase motor bike for the company which is cost 1000$ and 100$ for the non trading purposes for my own. and question is related that when we will calculate closing or opening asset or profit, we take into consideration both of these drawings 1100$?
I am not sure if I quite understand you.
If I am going to use the motor bike for myself (and not for the business), then yes – the drawings are $1100.
(If the business needs a motor bike to run the business (maybe the business sells pizzas and delivers them to customers by motor bike 🙂 ) then only the $100 will be drawings)
understood 🙂
Great 🙂
