A definition of corporate citizenship:The concept of citizenship determines the values which influence directors and employees as they participate in business and connect with others outside the business entity. The concept of corporate citizenship recognises the connection between the everyday activities of companies / entities and the well-being of the society in which the company operates. This includes the recognition that entities should minimise the harm which they do to the society / planet together with the maximisation of the benefit which they provide to society.
