Hi Sir,
Could you please help me to understand the meaning of below Art?
A person cannot challenge an arbitrator in whose appointment they were involved on the grounds of matters of which they were aware at the time of the appointment: Art. 12
Thanks
Gabbi
If you know at the time YOU nominated / appointed your choice of arbitrator that they were not qualified / not independent, then how can you challenge the arbitration decision on the grounds that he was not qualified / not independent?
Ok?
Dear Sir,
Thanks a lot for your explanation.
Gabbi
You’re welcome
