1. The year should be in brackets.
2. All referencing sample examples are clearly stated in the Submission Guide. I used that to make my references.
3. Unfortunately, there may be nothing much you can do at this stage as you have already. However, there is no harm in trying to re-submit. If that does not work, then just pray that the marker is lenient about referencing.

I just got through Oxford Brookes and they said they are going through the emails at the moment and hopefully we will get a password.

She also mentioned if worst case scenario students will still be able to upload past the deadline.

Did you recive 2 emails from them after submission?
Anyways I sent an email to oxford brookes stating that I have not recived any confirmation. Got an auto response and it says they are currently expereicning a huge volume of traffic and this would lead to difficulties in uploading the documents. But Im not sure whether it has anything to do with sending a confirmation mail after the payment.
