Why is it that in every single non financial performance video they go though fitzgerald and moon but don’t go through balanced score board?

Thanks for the video uploads they are very informative, however, this lecture (b)does not follow on from the previous lecture. Part(a) dealt with Example REPSE, this lecture jumps into another example making it very difficult to follow.
I am in a better position to analyse ratios and to draw the line between performance measurement and financial measurement.It was a great lecture to prepare u for exams
