The only notes we have to go with the revision lectures are linked from the page I wrote before as “download ACCA P4 Revision notes”.

sir please, in calculating the actual mv of debt u used 12% instead of 8.4. i guess we are assuming that the tax does not affect the mv of debt. is that correct?

It is the main lectures that are for learning from.
Correct – the market value of debt is determined by the investors, and company tax is not relevant for them.
