    Why am I not able to watch most of the chapters? Keep on getting “404 not found” message.Please help?

    I have got two questions. for the illustration 1, is it a constructive obligation? and for the second illustration, how does it become no obligation? is it because the directors change their mind that they plan to still manufacturing in Bulgarian or close the whole company? sorry about my English listening.     there are serious problems in playing this video, and i think this problem has got to do with technical part of it and not flash player because other lectures videos play very well,help please!!
    i really appreciate open tuition lectures.
