  3. @MikeLittle and @admin
    Hello
Thanks for such a helpful lecture, to begin with. I have been trying to edit the course notes so as to add the names of cases in the tables provided but the document seems to be secured with a password. Nitro PDF reader won’t allow me to add or edit the document or convert it to Word for editing, for that matter.
Would it be possible for you to disclose it or do I need to work around remembering names in some other fashion?
    Kind Regards.

  4. I am studying F$ Irish variant -Obviously, Irish Law actually is a derivartion of English Law, so I can see the same names in some law cases, but there are other that are different… If during the exam I use the english case names, will I loose marks??

  5. Aren’t there any lectures for the Global variant?

    • Approximately 60% of the English variant lectures are directly relevant to the global variant. Sorry, but you’ll just have to learn the rest through your own studying. But you can always post any questions in the “Ask the tutor” forum page

  6. Nepali student le F4 kun Variant Padnu Par6 ra? ENglish Or global/

    Thank you !

  9. I am finding it difficult to comprehend the names and date of cases in contract (f4) can any one help pls?

    • Don’t bother trying t remember – either the names or the dates – certainly NOT the dates. The names are not that important either. They are merely cases which illustrate the various points of law. I find the principles of the law easier to remember if there’s a story behind them

  10. Dear Sir,
