Can you give more examples for each of the stakeholders according to Mendelow’s matrix?
I think its shareholders & managers,since managers run the company unbehalf of the shareholders

@patricia8818, Because the directors can also buy shares of the company they are directing. In this way, they become Internal Stakeholders.

yes thats what i thought, shareholders (owners) must be internal, but it can be argued that they are connected as they are usually outside the company, but I would go with internal!

BPP latest notes list shareholders as connected stakeholders while these notes say that shareholders are internal stakeholders.
