    Less than half of this lecture is actually about centralisation and decentralisation. There’s quite a bit about formal and informal organisations. I think this part should be a separate lecture. Then the remainder is a blank screen!

    Also, the video length is 12:19mins but the video stops at 8:31mins. Rest of it is blank.
