    Probably slide with magerial grid have a mistake, because authoritarian(task ) approach should have 9.1 point

    it depends on how they act…and how much attention they want to give to both the task and their staff.

    if they want to change their style, they are not going to decide to not bother about the task so much and bother about their staff more if their ultimate goal is to be as good as they can be with both, so they wouldn’t go from 9,1 to 5,5 if they still cared as much about the completion of the task – that would stay at 9 (or should do) whilst they try to incoporate their staff more.

    if yes then what’s the path
    means
    if a person wants to change from(1,9) to (9,9) directly or through (5,5)??????
